Big Kaiser Precision Tooling has introduced LiveChat, a swift way to directly access the company’s experts through its website.
This service is available from the lower right-hand corner of any page on Big Kaiser’s website. Agents will be available during normal business hours and customers can leave a message after hours for help with questions on topics such as application support, tool presetting, pricing and availability, order status and equipment maintenance.
LiveChat will allow users to save a transcript of their chat for future reference.
