Methods Machine Tools Inc. offers clients precision machine tools, CNC automation solutions and engineering and application expertise served by more than 300 experts in regional tech centers across the U.S. Since its founding in 1958, the company has installed more than 45,000 machine tools in North America.
Exhibiting at IMTS in 2024, the company is showcasing much more than just its machine tools — the focus is on technology, technical support, automation and the consultative engineering services it provides its customers.
A fully integrated automation cell with a five-axis machine tool built on the new 28-tool FANUC RoboDrill is the centerpiece. A software package from Multiaxis LLC, including MES, PDM and PLM tools, can ensure seamless management across manufacturing operations and processes. An automation RoboDrill cell built by Methods is also being featured in the Caron Engineering booth to highlight how the two companies are working together to service their customers.
Also on display is the new Nakamura-Tome WY-100V multitasking lathe that features AI-infused software, enhanced multiprocessing features and faster simultaneous operations that reduce cycle times up to 30%. Five-axis machining enters from Yasda, Nidec OKK and Methods’ own brand of machining centers will be in the booth.
Engineering services and software partner Multiaxis LLC, an authorized Autodesk reseller, is featured, as well as the company’s automation capabilities as the premiere FANUC integrator in North America.
