High Pressure Coolant from CoolJet Systems increases throughput, reduces process cycle times, improves surface finishes, improves chip control, reduces the number of processes and increases tool life. Suited for applications such as drilling, grooving and boring, the cutting fluid can also be used for cutting exotic materials. The cutting fluids are pumped to pressures of 1,000 psi or more to penetrate the high-temperature cutting zone in order to reduce friction and lower the temperature.
