GF Machining Solutions Hires Director of Business Development

GF Machining Solutions (Lincolnshire, Illinois) has named Karl Kleppek Director of Business Development. He brings more than 25 years of sales, business development and marketing experience that the company says will help to continue the sales, service and support of the GF’s milling, EDM, micromachining, additive, laser texturing, and automation and tooling solutions.
In his new role, Mr. Kleppek will be responsible for leading the development of marketing strategies that will strengthen existing customer relationships and provide new opportunities in the aerospace, energy, automotive, medical, ICT, oil and gas, and other industries. He will also oversee efforts to provide GF’s customers and distributors with guidance, technology and training.
Prior to joining GF Machining Solutions, Mr. Kleppek served as Director of Sales and Strategic Business Development for FANUC America Corp. His career has also included multiple sales management positions at Siemens Energy and Automation along with a machine tool sales engineering position at Advanced Machinery Sales.
