Up! Network Wins a MobileWebAward
The Up! Network has won the 2020 Best Manufacturing Mobile Application award in the Web Marketing Association’s “Best of Industry” category.

The Up! Network has earned a MobileWebAward from the Web Marketing Association (WMA), winning the Best Manufacturing Mobile Application award in the “Best of Industry” category.
The Up! Network celebrated its third birthday in January, with its executive board saying the company’s success is a testament to how listening to users and making continuous improvements to products and services is imperative to growth.
“We are thrilled to receive this award as we celebrate three years in business,” says David Rhodes, general manager at the Up! Network. “The award is further acknowledgement of the strength of our team and how far we have come in our journey.”
During the three years since its founding, Up! has grown its user base and made customer-requested improvements to its app in the areas of connectivity, chat interaction, and real-time video conferencing.
“Our core vision is to make it easier to connect service requesters and field service providers to facilitate efficient, effective machine repair,” Rhodes said. “Upgrades to our platform are ongoing as we strive to provide a depth of service and reliability that our users can count on each time they connect.”
The company says its primary purpose is to reduce downtime and assist manufacturers in finding service amid a shortage of skilled industrial technicians. Between the video-chat option and the capability for real-time interaction, remote machine diagnostics and repair can begin before a service provider is on site, saving users time and money.
