Sugino’s Self-Center H15 and H15B horizontal machining centers are designed for high-precision milling, drilling, tapping and boring operations for small to medium-sized workpieces. The machining centers are capable of producing aluminum, cast iron and carbon steel workpieces such as brake, engine and transmission components.
The H15 features a BT30 high-pressure, coolant-through spindle with speeds ranging to 15,000 rpm. It offers a work area measuring 11.81" × 13.78" × 13.78" (300 × 350 × 350 mm) and accommodates workpieces ranging to 770 lbs (350 kg).
The H15B is equipped with a BT30 high-pressure, coolant-through spindle providing 20,000 rpm. Its work area measures 7.87" × 7.87" × 7.87" (200 × 200 × 200 mm) and accommodates workpieces ranging to 1,100 lbs (500 kg).
