Royal Products’ ER collets can achieve accuracy to 6 microns (0.0002") TIR. Designed specifically for the U.S. market, the collets are ground to exact inch sizes in 1/32" increments for precise cutting tool contact, the company says.

These collets are available individually and in complete sets, and they are manufactured from alloy steel and hardened for maximizing strength and extending tooling life.
