Leaders-In background

Kuka Connect is a cloud-based analytics and intelligence software platform that provides users with insights into their robot activity from any device, at any time. Built on global standards, Kuka Connect securely leverages cloud computing technologies to transform unstructured robot data into meaningful information that can drive intelligent decision making to help optimize production.

Kuka Connect reduces the total cost of ownership by predicting failures before they occur to minimize unnecessary downtime, providing notifications when preventive maintenance is needed. It collects and encrypts all data through a secure cloud backup, enabling reports to be exported safely. Kuka Connect’s anomaly feature detects when key robot operational indicators go outside their normal range to alert staff and prevent downtime before it occurs. It’s Maintenance feature enables users to view the complete maintenance schedule in a monthly calendar view.
