The company’s vertical, twin-table machines use dual integrated pallets and are designed for non-stop production performance. One table is accessible for loading or unloading work while the other is safely enclosed in the workzone. The company says this optimizes machine productivity, operator efficiency and safety. A wide variety of travels are available from 24" x 24" to 80" x 60".
The company will also be showing its 8200 series CNC control featuring a 0.488-millisecond update loop for fast processing performance and contouring capabilities, enhanced connectivity with USB Flash drive and 3D graphics; a slant bed lathe with full C-axis live tooling; a 35" swing lathe with 10" bore; a HMC and 12" chuck slant bed lathe targeted at increasing production; and a VM20IL high speed machining center with 15,000-rpm in-line spindle.
