Exact has added accounting capabilities to Exact Online Manufacturing and Exact Wholesale Distribution, its cloud-based business software programs for small manufacturers and wholesale distributors. According to the software developer, the accounting features will enable small and medium companies to better manage their businesses through improved transparency.
These accounting capabilities combine real-time financial data with other business functions such as quoting, inventory control and production management for better real-time decision making and more comprehensive reporting, the company says. Financial data, including revenue and expenses, daily stock transactions, bills paid, and bank balances, is available 24/7 to stakeholders, including outside accountants.
