The Mill Automation System is said to be unique in that it can automate the production of almost any part geometry through multiple milling operations and without the need for any custom grippers, part flip stations or robot programming.
VersaBuilt’s patented MultiGrip automation workholding makes part integration fast and easy for the typical machinist. An operator can reportedly change the system from making one part to a different part in just a few minutes, maximizing equipment and operator productivity.
The Mill Automation System includes everything needed to automate CNC milling production and can be installed and running in one day.
