The machine’s new platform simplifies auto-measurement, bulk feeding systems, line applications and other cell configurations to fit multiple applications, the company says. The machine is available with an 8" chuck.
The J1 turret-type turning center is fully automated for rapid loading and unloading and delivers accuracy of 0.00001" resolution. This machine is available with a 5" chuck.
The G07 gang-type CNC lathe is a multi-purpose, auto-loading machine with short cycle times. High precision spindle speeds as fast as 12,000 rpm make it ideal for hard turning applications, the company says.
The JJ1 lathe is designed with twin spindles and a gantry loader for advanced processing of small- to medium-size parts. The lathe’s rigid construction contains heavy cast-iron beds with hardened and ground box ways and double sets of angular contact bearings. This machine is available with a 6" chuck.
