Our 10th annual , and the deadline to complete it has been extended to February 17. The survey enables shops to compare their key performance indicators with industry leaders. It also offers insight into the technology and operational processes (both in the front office and on the shop floor) leading machining businesses are applying. A number of shops have noted they use this data to help guide their improvement efforts and as part of their SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analyses.
