welcomed visitors from throughout North America to its 2017 Technology Showcase September 20-21, 2017, at their headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The event kicked off with the Dealer Conference September 20, during which the company’s nationwide sales representatives convened for the presentation of the dealer performance awards as well as to discuss the brand’s vision, new technology and training opportunities. As the day came to an end, the group was joined by many of their clients for a Customer Appreciation Dinner, where guests enjoyed a southern-style meal, music and backyard entertainment.
The Technology Showcase opened September 21, when the Murata team gave live demos of their latest and highest-performing machines from the Muratec MW, MD, MT and ML series of turning machines.
“We felt it was imperative to assemble both our dealers and customers together to learn more about each other and the new custom solutions available to them,” says Steve Landrum, North American Sales Manager. “Genuine relationships and cutting-edge innovation are the things that make Muratec a stand-out brand, and we wanted to showcase that.”
Guests were also provided guided tours of the 140,000-square-foot facility where the Muratec machines are engineered into turnkey solutions for each of their customers.
