GTI Predictive Technology Inc., creator of the VibePro vibration analysis data collector, offers X-Phase, an application for iPad that enables cross-channel phase analysis for predictive maintenance. X-Phase requires two accelerometers and is compatible with either the company’s three-port, two-channel DAQ box for wired accelerometers and its GTI-220 wireless sensor. Current VibePro users that already have two accelerometers can download X-Phase from the company’s App Store and start using it immediately.
The application records the vibration amplitude and cross-phase values for each measurement with two-channel, real-time vibration spectrums. Reports can be shared via email, printed or generated as a PDF, and users can save reports locally to the built-in report manager. Reports feature machine information, GPS location, asset picture and vibration data.
