is showcasing its end rolling attachment product line, which accommodates various thread diameters from #6 diameter up to 1 3/16", as well as its variety of shank sizes.
CJWinter’s end rolling attachments feature a high-strength construction for extended tool life. With a one-piece front plate enclosure, the attachments are said to provide optimized roll protection from debris while reducing the number of parts for increased rigidity. Specialized coatings are applied to all wear surfaces to provide smoother operation. These innovative features result in a compact design, making our attachments compatible with virtually any machine, including CNC turning centers, milling centers, Swiss-style machines, multispindle machines and more.
In addition to thread rolling, the company also offers a spline forming attachment with a capacity ranging from 0.625"-1.00" maximum. Its spline forming process is said to be faster and more cost-effective compared to traditional spline manufacturing methods. The cold-forming process not only reduces costs but also produces a stronger, more durable end product.
