The grinders can be used with HSS or carbide drill points, as well as stepdrills, taps, reamers, countersinks and end mill ends with minimal setup change. The standard workhead can be exchanged in less than 1 min. with an optional air-bearing attachment for end mill OD grinding. According to the company, the grinders can help lower holemaking costs through increased precision, faster production, decreased downtime and reduced tool inventory.
