Available from oelheld, the Vomat FA 480, 600, 720, 840 and 960 series filtration systems are capable of processing 120 to 240 gpi. The systems measure 55" × 99" × 48" and feature a 320-gallon oil tank. The filter housing offers separate compartments for dirty and clean oil.
The Vomat’s high-capacity filter cartridges are long-lasting, back-washable and can be used with materials such as carbide, HSS, PKD and CBN, the company says. The filters require little maintenance and no filtration agents. The system’s filter supply pump is frequency-controlled to enable on-demand filtration, and filters are automatically cleaned when necessary. An integrated compressor cooling system is standard.
