Liebherr’s LP 100 gantry portal has a flexible design suited for smaller, lighter components and in-line production. The design can meet a range of production process requirements, including the option to set a wider clearance between uprights, for multiple design and installation options. It can be configured to deliver high-speed or high-load performance, making it suitable for in-line production, in which workpieces must travel longer distances, even as machining centers get faster.
The gantry portal is available with Liebherr Manufacturing System 4.0 (LMS 4.0) automation software, with modules for acquiring operating data, production planning, parts tracking and information systems. Its interface is designed to be user-friendly, enabling full control of production. Interfaces to the most common ERP systems are available.
