Trumpf will highlight its TruMatic 1000 fiber entry-level punch laser combination machine with a solid-state laser and Delta drive, which moves the electric punching head and the laser along the Y axis while the sheet moves in the other direction for improved machine dynamics, productivity and process stability. The company will also showcase the TruLaser Weld 5000 automatic laser welding system, which enables welding of deep, strong seams or rounded, smooth seams in one system, and its TruLaser 2030 fiber with 4-kW TruDisk laser and BrightLine fiber for increased performance in cutting thin to thick materials. The company will also feature machines from its TruBend line for precision bending, TruMark engraving solutions and TruTool portable power tools for cutting, fastening, beveling and deburring sheet metal.
At the Additive Manufacturing Pavilion, the company will show its TruPrint 1000 laser metal fusion system for complex parts, as well as its TruLaser Cell 3000 laser metal deposition system.
The company will also display its TruLaser Tube 5000 fiber tube cutting machine at the Tube and Pipe Pavilion. The machine uses solid-state lasers for short processing times and a range of possible tubes and profiles.
