Sharp Industries has expanded its line of rotary tables to comprise four models with table diameters of 6.7", 7.8", 9.8" and 12.6". These models are designed to optimize the handling of small parts by using the commonly available 5C collet and collet closure system.
The one-piece dual-lead worm gear system contributes to rotary table accuracy. Besides providing smooth, uninterrupted motion, high worm-gear efficiency and easier adjustment for backlash, the gear system also offers rigidity and high wear resistance. The unit has a continuous-type input increment of 0.001 degrees. It is compatible with CNC drives from FANUC, Siemens and Fagor Automation.
