Featuring Flow’s Dynamic Waterjet XD technology, the Mach 4 waterjet enables users to cut virtually any shape, including bevels and other 3D geometry, with more precision. Three models comprise the series: Mach 4b, Mach 4c and Mach AF.
 
The Mach 4b’s open gantry is designed and constructed using advanced finite element engineering to ensure consistently high levels of accuracy and performance, the company says. Utilizing as many as four cutting heads, the Mach 4c is suited for high production volumes. It can also be used for low-production runs and the high job variations common to just-in-time manufacturing or job shop and contract production environments. The Mach 4 AF system is said to cut precisely/accuracy, at speeds ranging to 400 ipm. This system features a Siemens five-axis CNC controller for programming ease.
